Cashless ? Get Cash through Credit Cards – A reality or a Myth?

Credit Cards – small things with huge assets. The bright colored, flashy and often classy in their design, Credit cards are the best things one can have, especially in the cashless hour. Just like a fairy tale adds wings to your dreams, these credit cards, add cash to your pocket when you are cashless.

Many of us believe it inappropriate to take cash from credit cards, especially when it comes to huge amounts (of course when it comes to day to day spending, its fine with us).

One of the major reasons to avoid taking cash through credit card is the interest rate attached with cash taken. But, there is also second side of the coin - what does one do in the hour of need? Debit cards do not offer much. Even if you call up one or two relatives, there are good chances, he will not have the cash. Your best friend may be out of town. In such a case where to get the cash from?

Consider this situation- Your wife is about to deliver. Her reports are normal and so you expect everything under controlled conditions. You admit her in a good reputed hospital and then, suddenly, out of nowhere, the doctor comes out that she will have a cesarean requiring you to deposit Rs 50,000 on the spot without wasting time. What do you then? Where do you rush to? Whom do you ask?

Credit Cards are the best way out in a situation like this. Taking overdraft or by withdrawing cash from your own credit card will save you from taking obligation from anyone and your time too will be saved.

Cash Withdrawal from your own credit card is as much as reality as taking credit for our monthly spendings. Many of us are not aware of this fact. Well, this adds one more advantage of keeping a Credit Card.

Just like other Credit Cards, Kotak too has this facility in its. Though chargeable, the fee is too nominal is lieu of the amount it will give. Whichever kotak credit Card you choose Trump, Fortune, League Premium or Royale – you will get the facility of “cash in hand” or “overdraft” at the ease of your hand.
